What Cur.AI.ted is

Cur.AI.ted is a memory curation tool made by AIdedEQ. It organizes photographs on your device, proposes stories, and renders mosaic and folio artifacts. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your photographs are yours

You keep every right to your photographs and to the artifacts Cur.AI.ted helps you make from them. We claim no ownership and no license beyond what is technically needed to run the curation you ask for.

Your account

Accounts are personal and signed in by email link. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Use Cur.AI.ted only with photographs you have the right to use.

Plans and billing

Free accounts include the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Practice Village members receive included access for as long as their membership is active, and a member rate on Full.

Fair use

Story searches carry real computing costs, so plans meter them. Automated abuse, resale of access, and attempts to work around limits or security are not permitted.

The service as it is

Cur.AI.ted is provided as is, without warranty. AI-proposed stories are suggestions and you choose what is kept. Because your photographs and kept collections live on your device, keeping backups of your originals remains your responsibility. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will note it here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions about these terms reach us at info@aidedeq.org.
